Return Policy

If you would like to return an item, please contact us at info@brighthomeware.ie. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and approve the credit card refund or exchange. We will also notify you of the approval status via email once we have processed your return or exchange request.

 

Returned items must be in new, unused condition, including the original packaging and accessories, and should not have been used. Items that have been used will be returned to the customer at their cost. We are not responsible for return shipping fees. 

 

If you have changed your mind about an item, please contact us within 14 days of receipt and we will issue a return authorization and provide instructions for returning the item. You can then choose from one of the following options:

 

An exchange for another product size or colour.

 

A refund minus shipping charges.
